RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

When you want to return the products you bought from Viadellerose.com, you must send them through our contracted cargo company (Yurtici Kargo) and with the return code written on the product return form. Your return code is written on the product return form that comes with your package and is not created through our website. WHICH PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED?
